Catherine Tan is an experienced and dedicated personalized yoga instructor with a rich background in various yoga disciplines. Since the inception of her journey in 2014 as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) on an international level, Catherine has continually expanded her expertise, making significant contributions to the yoga community.

Her passion for yoga led her to specialize in different areas, showcasing her versatility as a yoga instructor. In 2014, Catherine ventured into the realm of children's yoga, bringing the benefits of yoga to the younger generation. In 2015, she delved into prenatal yoga, guiding expectant mothers through a practice that nurtures both body and mind. Subsequently, in 2017, Catherine embraced Mindfulness Yin Yoga, emphasizing the importance of mental focus and relaxation in addition to physical postures. In 2020, she explored Nutritional Immunology, highlighting her holistic approach to health and well-being. Continuing her journey, Catherine added Inside Flow Yoga Teacher to her repertoire in 2022, enhancing her ability to guide practitioners through a flow that feels like singing a song with the body, fostering mindfulness and presence.

Currently, Catherine Tan is navigating a new chapter in her life as she is pregnant. Despite the physical changes, she remains dedicated to sharing her passion for yoga with her students, demonstrating that yoga is a practice for all stages of life.

Catherine offers a variety of classes tailored to meet the diverse needs of her students. One of her signature classes, Inside Flow, is a unique experience where participants move in a rhythmic flow, akin to singing a song with their bodies. This class not only improves mental focus and relaxation but also cultivates a profound sense of mindfulness and presence.

In her Functional Yoga class, Catherine focuses on toning the body, aiding weight loss, and enhancing muscular strength and endurance.
